How do I post a new "News" front page. Tried to a while back and failed. I can only edit existing posts.

I miss the swirly stars. But I like these skulls too, and they are appropriate for the season. HOWEVER! Once Halloween is over, may I request that the swirly stars come back? ^.^

ALSO: That is not the chuck telling blair he loves her picture, BUT IT'S STILL CHUCK AND BLAIR SO IT'S OKAY ^.^ (Although I would like to see more chuck and blair pictures all over the front page)
